Are the UN recommended high priority statistical topics collected at birth registration?

Recommended Practice based on International Guidelines
The UN recommends that the following (high priority) statistical topics be collected at birth include:
Date and place of occurrence of birth
Date and place of registration
Attendant at birth
Type of birth (single, twin, triplet, etc)
Sex
Weight of the newborn
Date of birth of mother/father
Marital status of mother
Educational attainment of mother/father
Place of usual residence of mother/father Duration of residence in usual place of mother
Place/country of birth of mother
Children born alive to mother during her entire lifetime
Fetal deaths to mother during lifetime
Date of last previous live birth
Date of Marriage
The Birth Registration Application Form (2018 Rule, Forms 1) sets out the information collected through the birth registration process. Some of the recommended UN statistical topics are not contained in this form, including: weight of newborn, the type of birth (single, twin, triplet), and educational attainment of the mother and father. However, the MOU between the Office of the Registrar General (ORG) and the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) allows the BBS to request ORG to update registration forms to include essential data. Therefore, some of these data fields may be contained in new registration forms unavailable for this review.

WHO recommends that weeks of gestation and cause of death also be collected.
