Are the UN recommended high priority statistical topics collected at birth registration?

Recommended Practice based on International Guidelines
The UN recommends that the following (high priority) statistical topics be collected at birth include:
Date and place of occurrence of birth
Date and place of registration
Attendant at birth
Type of birth (single, twin, triplet, etc)
Sex
Weight of the newborn
Date of birth of mother/father
Marital status of mother
Educational attainment of mother/father
Place of usual residence of mother/father Duration of residence in usual place of mother
Place/country of birth of mother
Children born alive to mother during her entire lifetime
Fetal deaths to mother during lifetime
Date of last previous live birth
Date of Marriage
Vietnam's law requires certain key data at birth registration but does not cover all UN high priority topics such as birth weight, birth order ( the sequence in which a child is born into a family ie. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc)

Place of usual residence of mother (for deaths under 1 year)
Some but not all UN high-priority topics are collected at death registration in Vietnam. By law, the particulars collected at death registration are name, birth date, place of death, national ID, nationality and cause and date of death. The other particulars are collected via the health system.
Are the UN recommended high priority statistical topics collected for stillbirths (either through civil registration or the Ministry of Health)?

The UN recommends that the following (high priority) statistical topics be collected for stillbirths:
Date and place of registration (if applicable)
Date and place of occurrence
Sex of fetus
Characteristics of the mother (DOB, children born alive to mother/fetal deaths to mother during lifetime, date of last live birth, place of usual residence, date of marriage)
Characteristics of father (DOB and usual residence)
Marital status
WHO recommends that weeks of gestation and cause of death also be collected.
The Vietnamese health system collects data on fetal deaths at the facility level for statistical and surveillance purposes.Still births are not considered to be civil status event. The Ministry of Health system captures : - date/place of death, birth weight, gestational age, sex of fetus, multiple v singleton, live briths to mother, attendant at birth
